Are there any paid programmers for DNN developement?

Or all the stuff is left to Open Source community?

Because, comparing to PHP communities like Drupal or Joomla, the DNN is more dead than alive.

Not much enthusiasts, not much creation...

I notice most of your threads and questions have been responded by the community. Are you volunteering or contributing?
(ask not what you can do for your country etc).

Cheers

DotNetNuke corporation has mentioned in previous blog postings some information regarding the hiring of addtional developer resources to be working on the core system.  The exact specifics are not anything that I can talk about, but to answer the question of "Are there any paid programmers for DNN development?".  Yes, DotNetNuke corporation has a team of developers that work to enhance the core.

So that means the paid people do not work on critical or for that matter any bug fixes.    That's crazy.   Nobody is responsible for cleanup after a major release.   That's why 5.1.x is in limbo.    I thought investors would bring some brains to the mix.   Eh, common sense.
