Can't delete from recycle bin as superuser or add a module to an existing page.  Created site on one url and then copied to another.  Pointed Domain to new site and had some things still pointing to old hosting site that I needed to correct. Unable to do so.  I think there may be some permissions messed up in how I brought the site up but don't know what to do...

Found the problem, hosting site did not have write permissions enabled. Everthing is fine now.

Did not have write permissions enabled on the hosting side. Everything works fine now.
