I am using the EVENTS module - no issues with the itself - 

The problem is that it will not display at full pane width in Safari and Chrome - rather like a squashed up half pane width calendar.

The events module has been placed in the CONTENT pane below an HTML module - this does display as expected.

In IE and FF its displaying at full width i the pane just like it should.

Can anyone help with a setting somewhere that can make the calendar display full width in all browsers.

Do you have a link? This is typically due to the skin and the width set for the panes. You said the html does extend to the full width of the page? If there is an empty left pane some browsers will display the width set for the leftpane making the content in the centerpane move to the right. Make sure the pane you are placing the events module in is the only pane in the row.

I did resolve the issue eventually...

The standard Events module comes with several 'skins'. For no particular reason I selected the default skin instead of the 'grey' one. And it worked.. a full width display.

Its a bit odd that ALL the included skins do not behave as you would expect them too - the same!

Just to clarify there are no empty panes to the left (or right) as the sidebar / left pane is in use.
