error instaling dnn 5.2

im using  win xp sp3

dotnet 3.5 sp1

sql server 2000

what can i  do

As of DNN core 5.2, SQL 2000 is no longer supported. I haven't reviewed the install script (the error one) to see if it has invalid 2000 syntax but my initial guess is that is your problem.

DNN 5.2 requires SQL 2005 or 2008 now, and no longer supports SQL 2000

You won't be able to use DNN 5.2 on SQL 2000. I would recommend rolling back to your backup of your install before upgrade. If you can move from SQL 2000 to 2005 or 2008 then you can upgrade.

but i am using SQL 2005 i got the same error. i am having both sql 2000 and 2005 on the same matchine and when i create any database on any one (2000 or 2005) it also come in the other version too. and after running dotnetnuke it creates its tables in both the version, which is clear that both the version retrive the data from the same place "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Data"   now dont understand what to do.
