I am hoping that someone can help me.  I hired a top DNN vendor to upgrade my ecommerce sites (they are the vendor).  They worked on one and delivered it, and it was immediately hacked.  Now I have it most of the way back, but the directory /js/ was missing, I added it and into edit mode.  But now it will not save the changes.

Can I run the DNN Upgrade to repair the missing elements?

Any help would be appreciated.

Has anyone else had this kind of experience?

you may re-unzip all files from DNN upgrade package for this version (after unblocking the file in file properties).
This will not affect metadata and integrity in the database though.
