I think there is no possibility for new users to create a signature in the forum. I cannot do it because my settings>> user profile>> signature doens't save new values ....

forum signatures are currently disabled as there was a security issue with them. Note: this only affects the forums on dotnetnuke.com, as an updated version of the forum that fixed this issue was released a while back. When the forums here get updated to the forthcoming 4.4 release, signatures will be re-enabled.
