Hello,

I'm trying to insert the Language skin object into a local .ascx skin and I'm having a bit of difficulty producing it as desired.  My installed language packs are the default (en-US) pack and the latest German pack.   This is my code:

<dnn:LANGUAGE runat="server" ID="dnnLANGUAGE" ShowLinks="True" ShowMenu="False"
SeperatorTemplate='&nbsp;&nbsp;||&nbsp;&nbsp;'
ItemTemplate='<a href="[URL]" class="Language" title="[CULTURE:NATIVENAME]"><span class="Language[SELECTED]">[CULTURE:NAME]</span></a>'/>

 These are my two (possibly unrelated) problems:

1.  The SeperatorTemplate code is rendered after the second link instead of between the two links.
2.  The selected language displays as a flag instead of as the desired name.

I'm running DNN 6, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

John

did you try using dounble quotes for all properties?

Thank you for the response.

I misspelled SeparatorTemplate in my original post; in the actual skin, the spelling is SeparatorTemplate.

When I use double quotes for both properties, the skin doesn't render at all. When I use single quotes for the ItemTemplate property and double quotes for the SeparatorTemplate property, it renders as I described.
