Regarding the CK Editor, where do I put the unzipped files to get the DNN Editor page to see the editor to make it the default?

I tried InetPub/wwwroot/desktopmodules/admin but does not see the CK editor in the drop down box?

you need to unzip the package after download and install the version appropriate for your DNN version.
The provider will show up in Host > Extensions, Section Provider and be set to default automatically.

In what folder do I unzip it to? I have DNN installed in Inetpub/wwwroot/Dotnetnuke. Which folder will allow the editor to be seen by the Host > Extensions?

unzip to any local folder, on your client machine just to be able to select proper package to pick when using extension Install wizard in Host > Extensions.

When I use the extension installer wizard, if I point it to the .zip file, it is looking for a manifest, which is not there apparently.

If I point the installer (Host>Extensions) to the folder which I have unzipped the package to, which file do I use to get the installation started?
