I did not get a chance to test last night, ran out of time and energy. It is on my list of things to do for today. Once complete, I will post the results.

I am at a loss on this one. I tested with 4.4.0 yesterday and was still not able to get an error. This was a completely fresh install, new database. I tried all combinations including deleting the module and adding it to a new test page. I still was unable to get it to error out. I am going to post this in the core team forums and see if I can get a few more people to test as well.

I provided the log-in information via email.

I'm going to be attempting another install with my host soon, so I'll let you know if I encounter the same issues.
