I have told you before. To help we need PRECISE information. We cannot guess what's in your machine.

Look in the eventlog table and the system event viewer.

I am done with this conversation.

I don't really know WHERE the PRECISE information you need is other than what it throws up when I try to load up a web page in the browser. I don't know how much more precise I can be other than sharing the errors it throws up. I can furnish you with all the information you need if you kindly tell me where to look. I have said already that I am a DNN noob, I'm still learning and I appreciate your trying to help, however being negative isn't going to get either of us anywhere.

I need more specific instructions. Is the system Event Viewer the built in windows one?

I check the event log table by right clicking it and selecting edit top 200 rows - the dates shown are from 29 Jan 2015. Is this the right way to view the table?
