Thank you!

Everything checks out except for the "Telerik Editor Provider" under extensions. That says 5.4.2.

Now I just have to figure out how to upgrade it.

Would it be possible you could log in as Host, goto: Host --> SQL paste this text in:

SELECT * FROM {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}Version

... click update and paste the results here?

OK so this is a 5.5.0 installation, which later got upgraded to 5.5.1, and then got upgraded to 5.6.0 - thankyou.

So I cannot reproduce following your upgrade steps.

Please backup DNN files and database, then download the 5.6.0 install package.
Extract \Install\Module\HTML_Community_05.06.00_Install.zip to your DNN folder: \Install\Module
Goto Host -> Extensions -> Install Extension Wizard.
Find and install the ZIP (repair the install).
Check the version again in Host -> Extensions.
Clear your browser cache.
See if it works...
